- PC running Windows XP or later
- USB Receipt Printer
- Persistent Internet Connection i.e. DSL, or a Cable Modem
Features and Benefits:
Order Management – Online orders are displayed and managed in the MunchAway Standalone Order Station Application, which is very similar to an email client and supports touch screen platforms including POS terminals.
Direct Print – New orders are automatically printed with all of the details needed to fulfill the order. Orders can be reprinted at any time.
Alerts – Audio and visual alerts notify staff of pending orders.
Delivery Confirmation – Staff must acknowledge receipt of the order in order to silence the alerts. Patron is notified by email if there is a problem.
Status Monitoring – Store is alerted if the PC is offline for a defined period of time during business hours. Orders will be delivered by alternate means until the PC is online again.
Credit Card Payment Adjustment – Authorized managers can modify or void credit card transactions as needed.
MunchAway Management Console – Store managers can access robust management and reporting features via any web browser.
